My journey at AJICO has been both inspiring and transformative. Through the Football to Eyeball programme, I received opportunities that shaped my education, career, and personal growth. Working within a rural eye care ecosystem taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, compassion, and patient-centred service. AJICO not only strengthened my professional skills but also built my confidence and leadership abilities. The guidance, exposure, and trust I received helped me grow from an optometrist into an Operation Theatre Manager. I am proud to be part of an institution dedicated to expanding quality eye care in underserved communities.
