Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital has been the foundation of my personal and professional journey. From pursuing my education in Optometry and later an MBA in Human Resources to becoming a Human Resources Manager, every step has been shaped by the opportunities and support I received here. Beyond eye care, the institution empowers individuals through education, leadership, and initiatives such as Football to Eyeball, which transforms the lives of young women from underserved communities. This journey has instilled in me discipline, compassion, and purpose, and I remain proud to contribute to Akhand Jyoti's mission of creating lasting social impact.
